Fighting For Minorities And The Oppressed In New York City

Having practiced Criminal Defense, Immigration Law, Deportation Defense, and
Civil Rights Law in New York City for the past 10 years, I have seen my share of
the disgusting, oppressive, and awful treatment of minorities and immigrants by
the Police, FBI, Department of Homeland Security, and Immigration and Customs
Enforcement. Often times, the District Attorneys and Judges presiding over these
types of cases are part of the problem, as many of them socialize and consider
themselves friends or political allies and connections, routinely leaving
Defendants of unfair and immoral charges and oppression in the dirt, only to make
private deals amongst each other for purposes of expediency.

This of course sickens me, and is one of the main reasons I do what I do -
rectifying this discrimination and racism - one case at a time.

Racists often say that minorities and immigrants have more of a propensity for
crime and violence and that’s why so many of them are incarcerated, and that’s
why the jails are predominantly minority dominated with blacks, hispanics, arabs,
asians, and other racial minorities.

But I know, from my own experience as a minority, witness, and an Attorney to
this sometimes sick, corrupted, and twisted legal system in New York City, that
this is only because when rich white kids engage in criminal activities, they are
rarely if never arrested, charged, or even put through the Criminal Justice
System.

And if they are put through it, 9 times out of 10, their wealth, money, political
power, or connections get these cases either dismissed or plead down to a mere
slap on the wrist.

I am a “bulldog” Criminal Defense/Deportation Defense Attorney, and I promise you
that if I am your Attorney, I will not relent or ever give up on you or your
case, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, or creed.

As a minority myself, I have seen the serious abuses of the system and the
oppressive/unfair/racial discriminatory treatment meted out by those officials
charged with safeguarding our Judicial and Criminal Justice System, and I
remember that each and every single time I take on a new case, I make sure to
inject into all of my Associate Attorneys and Legal Staff the same passion,
indignation, fighting spirit, and protection of the civil and god given
inalienable rights of each and every client I have the privilege to represent,
whether their case is big or small, it doesn’t matter.

It’s your life, and you want and need the BEST.
